The lighthouse
Photo from inside the restaurant because outside it was so windy we almost flew off. (No exaggeration)
Literally crawled behind rocks (while on the nature walk) and reached this place.
Cadaques
Put this on your spain itinerary.
2 hrs away from barcelona (by bus)

Home cooked meal
I can't believe how nice this has turned out.
Oh and today morning I tried making an omelette and it turned into scrambled egg - which btw were much appreciated by the 3 girls ;)

Off to Spain
After spending some seriously nerve racking time when -
First my train - the famous TGV was 15 minutes and I was already cutting it close for a 2:30 flight. (Arrived at 1!!)
Second when I reached the airport above (the TGV trainstation is inside CDG airport) all passengers had been blocked from going inside because of a suspected luggage (aka bomb scare)
Finally after 20 minutes they gave the all clear and we were through BUT the damn escalators and elevators weren't working so there was a mad jam to go up.
Unlike india, they don't have "normal" stairs (apart from the fire escape) so everyone was trying to haul their luggage through the narrow and stopped escalators.
Try hauling 35 kilos of luggae for 2 storeys and you'll know the definition of pain.
FINALLY after all that I am now in the flight.
No more dramas please. Let's just get there!
I officially hate french railway
1. They have in each compartment chairs facing both directions. Why? Why can't they all be in one direction so people aren't facing the wrong way. Many people feel sick if they do.
2. All the announcements are in french ONLY. So if u don't know french, you don't have a bloody clue as to what's going on!
3. Their stations are so poorly designed!
See, because of "2" you need to keep reading station names as you arrive. These names are written on a typical sign board. This is fine during the day but at night, you CANNOT read it because its not LIT!! So unless by some divine intervention you accidentally get off at the right stop, you will miss it for sure. Sure you could ask around you but the trains don't run very full so there is every chance that there might not be people around.
