oh yes i didnt see that car. Delhi has better infrastructure any day compared to mumbai . but because of people like these( some VIP's relative i guess), creates problem for others. As i said, try using a bicycle for short distances. It might not solve traffic problem completely but definitely lessen.

Kris - yes, in delhi they have nine lanes on just one side one one road instead of the entire city put together :)
Anon - cudnt agree more, delhi most certainly has waaay better infra. I was trying to drive 36 kms. While I could cycle that, I don't relish the prospect of doing that everyday.
dude. these are all cars. you've forgotten rickshaws. bombay traffic. 10 times the problem!!!
