Why do so many of these skin care products/clinics show a woman on the bed wrapped up in sheets ?

I mean, is it hard to discuss skin while she is sitting in a cafe or is at work or is anywhere else - like at the beach ?

A large statue of gautam buddha welcomes you at the U.P border as you enter Noida.

When I say welcome, I mean showing you the finger.
